Order Status

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping and handling is based on a flat-rate fee. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the amount of shipping charged for your purchase.

Q: When will my order ship? 

A: Your hypnosis product(s) CD and/or DVD will will be sent to you via US Postal First Class Mail. Your order will be processed within 48 hours and a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. Priority Mail service offers 2- to 3-day service to most United States locations. Orders to Canada are delivered in 6 to 10 days.  Please note: Orders received on Saturday or Sunday or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Q: I ordered a downloadable MP3 audio product. When would I be able to download it? 

A: If you ordered a downloadble (MP3 audio) product, you will receive your download link(s) immediately after your order is completed. You will also receive an email with the download instructions.

Q: What if I have a problem with my download?

A: No problem! Just contact us here and we'll respond immediately.

Q: An item is missing from my order. 

A: If you are missing an item from your order please contact customer service at 1-866-392-4032 within 72 hours of receiving your package.

Q: I received the wrong product. 

A: If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at 1-866-392-4032 within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Pricing & Billing

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax? 

A: Only orders shipped to an address within the state of Pennsylvania will be billed 6% sales tax.

Q: How will my credit card be billed?

A: Your online order is processed through a safe and secure connection with PayLeap or PayPal. Your credit card statement will reflect a purchase from Hypnosis Center USA. We do not retain your credit card number after the sale has been processed.

Product Satisfaction

Q: What is your product satisfaction guarantee?

A: Experience any of our products for up to sixty (60) days. If you are not completely delighted with your empowerment program, contact us here. We will refund 100% of your purchase price.

We offer this guarantee on an honor basis, and we trust you'll give the program a fair try. However, if you are unable to receive the benefits outlined in this website we will give you a prompt and courteous refund.

Q: I received a damaged or defective item.

A: We guarantee immediate replacement for any product that is defective or damaged in shipment. To receive a product replacement, contact us here.  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Q: How do I return a product for refund?

A: We want to be sure you are completely satisfied with any purchase you make with us. If, for any reason, you chose to return a product to us, you must first request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us here.

Send the product back with all materials in good, re-saleable condition. Include the original invoice with the RMA number written on it. Shipping & handling costs cannot be refunded.

Damaged or defective products will be exchanged for the same title within 30 days of the order ship date. Items returned without an invoice will be issued a credit toward future purchases. Items returned without a RMA or incomplete sets will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Q: What is an eBook?

A: An eBook stands for "electronic book" that is downloaded as a PDF file directly to your Mac or PC. You can then read the book on your computer or print it out. You save both time and money by choosing to purchase any of our hypnosis booklets as an eBook download.

Q: What is Hypnosis?

A: Hypnosis refers to the natural state of mind—of deep, physical relaxation—in which the person becomes highly responsive to suggestions. Hypnosis is not in any way harmful or dangerous. Every day each and every one of us enter into a hypnotic state quite naturally.

Q: Is Hypnosis Dangerous?

A: This is a question that always comes up. The answer is no. Why? Because hypnosis is a totally natural state of mind. You experience it every day when you daydream, remember past events and even while driving!

No one can ever get "stuck" in a trance; it's 100% impossible. (For instance, if the Hypnotist were to leave the room, one of two things would happen: [1] Either the person would wake up because they'd realize no one is talking to them or [2] they would drift into a nice, relaxing sleep and wake up when rested.)  If there was an emergency (like a fire, for example), the person would realize what is happening and come out of the trance instantly.

Q: What Does It Feel Like To Be Hypnotized?

A: The answer I get most often is, "I was so relaxed. Now I feel so refreshed." You know that feeling you get right before you fall asleep at night? That’s what it’s like. When you are brought out of hypnosis, you feel refreshed and revitalized like you just had a good night’s sleep.

Q: Who Can Be Hypnotized?

A: Anyone except someone who is heavily intoxicated, of low intelligence or unwilling to cooperate. Otherwise, anyone who wishes to participate can be hypnotized!
