ORDER CONFIRMATION

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping and handling is based on a flat-rate fee. HypnosisCenterUSA.com ships to addresses in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Sorry, but delivery to other international addresses is not available at this time.

Our shipping carrier is the (USPS) United States Postal Service. All orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Priority mail service offers 2- to 3-day service to most United States locations. Orders to Canada are delivered in 6 to 10 days.

Please note: Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

SALES TAX

Hypnosis Center USA charges 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to Pennsylvania. Sales tax is also charged on shipping and handling in states where this is required by law.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you are completely satisfied with any purchase you make with us. If, for any reason, you chose to return a product to us, you must first request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us here. Send teh product back with all materials in good and re-saleable condition. Include the original invoice with the RMA number written on it. Shipping costs or COD costs cannot be refunded.

Damaged or defective products will be exchanged for the same title within 30 days of the order ship date. Items returned without an invoice will be issued a credit toward future purchases. Items returned without a RMA or incomplete sets will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
